About the role

Senior UX Designer  What You’ll Do As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in driving thoughtful, customer-centered design across our digital experiences. You will: 
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and deliver high-impact design solutions. 
  • Take initiative to identify vague or complex customer problems and carry solutions through from concept to launch. 
  • Develop and execute end-to-end design processes, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iteration. 
  • Apply best practices in UX and visual design to create elegant, accessible, and inclusive user experiences. 
  • Regularly communicate design progress, plans, and decisions with peers, stakeholders, and leadership. 
  • Facilitate collaborative design activities such as design critiques, workshops, and sprint planning. 
  • Define success criteria for your design work and track performance post-launch. 
  • Identify areas for process improvement and advocate for ways to streamline design and development workflows. 
  • Mentor and support peers by providing thoughtful, constructive feedback and sharing design knowledge. 
 What We’re Looking For  Must-Haves: 
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design roles. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including research, UX strategy, and final design deliverables. 
  • Ability to drive design projects independently, while knowing when to seek input or alignment. 
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. 
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to clearly explain design rationale to cross-functional partners. 
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. 
  • Comfortable conducting and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative user research. 
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work in a collaborative, Agile environment. 
  • Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity, with an understanding of relevant standards (e.g., WCAG). 
 Nice-to-Haves: 
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS or enterprise products. 
  • Familiarity with design systems and contributing to their evolution. 
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to development. 
  • Experience working within fast-paced, cross-functional teams. 
  • Passion for mentoring others and elevating team design practices. 
  • Active engagement in DEI learning and applying inclusive practices to design. 
Compensation  For roles with compensation ranges:  In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the monthly base salary range for this position is 369,400 - 554,100 gross RON, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
