- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and deliver high-impact design solutions.
- Take initiative to identify vague or complex customer problems and carry solutions through from concept to launch.
- Develop and execute end-to-end design processes, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
- Apply best practices in UX and visual design to create elegant, accessible, and inclusive user experiences.
- Regularly communicate design progress, plans, and decisions with peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Facilitate collaborative design activities such as design critiques, workshops, and sprint planning.
- Define success criteria for your design work and track performance post-launch.
- Identify areas for process improvement and advocate for ways to streamline design and development workflows.
- Mentor and support peers by providing thoughtful, constructive feedback and sharing design knowledge.
- 4+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or interaction design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including research, UX strategy, and final design deliverables.
- Ability to drive design projects independently, while knowing when to seek input or alignment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to clearly explain design rationale to cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Comfortable conducting and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize work in a collaborative, Agile environment.
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity, with an understanding of relevant standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Experience working on B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
- Familiarity with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates to development.
- Experience working within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
- Passion for mentoring others and elevating team design practices.
- Active engagement in DEI learning and applying inclusive practices to design.
