As Administrative Program Coordinator IV, your work as a caregiver starts in the office, where you focus on managing various projects, identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating policy evaluations and enhancing department efficiency and cohesion. This role includes coordinating administrative functions for the Family Planning division and supporting patient access initiatives, as well as contributing to departmental projects and metric reporting. You will support two expanding OBGYN programs. This position will support the administrative functions of the Pregnancy Early Assessment Clinic and Weight Management programs by assisting with data collection and analysis to measure outcomes. The position will monitor and ensure accurate and timely state (ODH) submission of termination reporting and assist PEAC nurse coordinators with administrative functions that currently prevent them from working at the top of their licensure and consumes nearly 50% of their time.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—4:30pm. This role is Hybrid, with the majority being remote.

Update, monitor and manage databases.
Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
Analyze project improvement and progress.
Report discrepancies and variances.
