As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That’s why we need you, a seasoned project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

We have an opportunity for a Project Management Specialist to join our team as we support the U.S. Navy’s international initiatives to acquire, deliver, and sustain fully capable, interoperable, and operationally dominant partner nation combat systems. You’ll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects using tools, including MS Planner, MS Power Platform, such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, and other tailored client systems.

You Have: 

• Experience with leading large teams

• Experience with business process reengineering or Agile process improvement for continuous improvement

• Experience with supporting a DoD client in a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) capacity

• Experience developing briefing materials and presenting to senior DoD leadership

• Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with minimal supervision to meet key deadlines

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Associate’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Knowledge of DoD procedures and programs associated with FMS cases, as specified in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), including FMS case Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and the processes for LOA, modification, and amendment development

• Possession of excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Secret clearance

• Completion of Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) training in SC Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management, or SC Case Life Cycle Management

• SC Execution Support Management, or SC Acquisition Management Basic or Intermediate Certification
