Our premier Assisted Living facility is seeking a Resident Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a Resident Administrative Coordinator, you will play an essential role in enabling our senior community to live as actively and independently as possible. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our residents and staff, ensuring that our seniors receive the highest quality of care and services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to our residents and staff

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information

- Assist with resident admissions and discharges

- Coordinate resident activities and events

- Ensure that all resident needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

- Make sound judgments to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents

- Work as a team member to maintain consistency and quality in services

- Exchange support, feedback, and ideas with co-workers to improve the quality of care and services provided

Requirements:

- Sincere desire to provide support to our senior community

- Ability to make sound judgments

- Ability to work as a team member to maintain consistency and quality in services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
