The Musco Operational Sales Team has an opening for a Sales Administrative Assistant at our Oskaloosa, Iowa office. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Essential Criteria:

• College or Bachelor’s degree
• Prefer either 2-year degree or 1 year of office experience
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internet search engines
• Ability to work well with others/team player
• Proven communication skills via telephone and written and verbal
• Ability to self-prioritize and follow through as required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible and able to react quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a willingness to help others
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships internally with Musco departments and externally with customers and contractors
• Maintain relationships with Accounts Payable for the invoicing process
• Enter and update data in the Musco project management system
• Collect information and assemble accurate sales documents including Submittals, Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders, Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Warranty documents, etc.
• Locate and obtain bid-related documents
• Scan and file documents
• Enter and update Light-Level information on various documents
• Monitor electronic conferences and take action as required
• Assist the Field Sales Team in updating the activity calendars and project details
• Answer phone calls and complete requests as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
