Beyond Norway, the role could carry product responsibilities within Northern Europe and not Norway stand alone.</p><p><strong>KEY DELIVERABLES:</strong></p><ul><li>Define and achieve business goals and objectives within BIS &amp; Fraud as agreed with the BIS &amp; Fraud Director.</li><li>Foster and deliver successful product innovation meeting defined objectives.</li><li>Engage and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to achieve individual and collective objectives.</li><li>Contribute with market intelligence within BIS &amp; Fraud and retrieve key insight.</li><li>Act as product expert in client facing activities in collaboration with primarily the sales organization.</li><li>Build and demonstrate product expertise and lead product training efforts across organization to secure sufficient knowledge level is present.</li><li>Build business cases for key innovation investment.</li><li>Build Go to Market plan to secure successful execution of product innovation.</li><li>Adhere to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and escalate issues quickly.</li><li>Pro-actively identify risks and make recommendation to mitigate these.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Educated to degree-level or equivalent.</li><li>Circa 5-7 years commercial experience post-graduation, with proven experience of developing and implementing product innovation.</li><li>Sector experience in Data, Business Information and Fraud industries is preferred.</li><li>Solid track record of product development and innovation.</li><li>Self-starter, prepared to set stretching personal objectives, development plans and undertake regular performance reviews to embed a high-performance culture.</li><li>Demonstrated experience operating in a matrix organization.</li><li>Demonstrate strong inter-personal &amp; communication skills.</li><li>The ability to run processes at pace across complex organisations to build and develop business cases.</li><li>Ensure that good client outcomes are at the centre of decision making.</li><li>Fluent in (written &amp; oral) English as well as Norwegian.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow together</p><p><a href="https://www.experian.com/careers/">Find out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here</a></p>
