Job Description
- Observing, measuring and providing labor productivity targets for in-scope outbound and inbound job functions and activities.
- Identifying and/or providing from personal experience, best practice and method opportunities in each of the study areas.
- Providing a roadmap for the next steps in productivity improvement journey.
- Managing the overall assignment progress.
- Leading a team of 2 auditors to complete the expected tasks in a timely manner.
- Supporting / coaching the auditors to ensure their upskilling.
- Coordinating with the other audit team to ensure an efficient information sharing and a simultaneous progress pace.
- Creating the detailed schedule for the different steps of the assignment and assigning the tasks to their team.
- Communicating with the stakeholders to allow them to monitor the team’s progress and to validate the approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field/work experience.
- Methods-Time measurement certification.
- 9+ years of time measurement and process description / optimization / implementation in an industrial context.
- 5+ years as a team leader (preferably during projects) - ability to report activity status and respect timing.
- 3+ years of experience in either logistics engineering / internal flows management / warehouse management.
- Proficient in MS Office – Including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ergonomics, WMS and industrial safety principles.
- Experience working in a union environment.
- Detail and customer-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in change management in an industrial environment
- Automotive industry experience
- Teaching / training experience
