As a seasoned professional, the Senior IT ERP Administrator will specialize in evaluating the needs of one or more functional areas within the ERP System. This role will coordinate, implement, and communicate business needs, turn them into technical requirements and develop roadmaps for the seamless integration of enterprise-wide technology solutions. This position educates others in workflows, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules.

What You’ll Do

This role will coordinate, implement, and communicate business needs, turn them into technical requirements and develop roadmaps for the seamless integration of enterprise-wide technology solutions. This position educates others in workflows, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules.
- Perform analysis of new business system development and system improvements.
- Evaluate business requirements, roadmap design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems (e.g., manufacturing, sales reporting, payroll, supply chain, customer relationship management) across functional areas.
- Asses potential electronic data processing applications and prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.
- Document, test and evaluate plans and protocols for system performance.
- Define systems specifications and utilize latest analysis and diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes. Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
- Create conversion and system implementation plans, prepare systems documentation and secure necessary approvals.
- Serve as business liaison in technology decisions while coordinating system upgrade activity.
- Train end users throughout the conversion and implementation of the system.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g. QAD, SAP, Netsuite); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proven experience integrating systems with 3rd party web-based applications (e.g. Procure to Pay, Customer Relationship Management, Product Lifecycle Management) in partnership with internal business groups. Experience working with one or more of the following groups: Customer Service, Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory & Sales Operations
- Strong knowledge of relational databases desired; some knowledge of Linux preferred
- Certifications like CPIM, PMP, or similar are preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR
