Sr Project Manager - Planisware

About the job you’re considering

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Planisware to lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery for enterprise portfolio and project management solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of project lifecycle management, Planisware implementation and data migration.

Your role

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects using Planisware as the core PPM platform
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting within Planisware
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions
Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support within Planisware, where applicable
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Planisware processes across teams

Your skills and experience

Experience Range - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology or enterprise project setting
Strong experience in Planisware (Enterprise or Orchestra editions) implementation and data migration project delivery and should know MS project.
Knowledge of project/portfolio management processes, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interface with senior stakeholders
Good knowledge on Planisware usage and system architecture, Planisware System Console and architecture and Planisware administration including Users, User Groups, Profiles, User Parameters, and User Traces; Build and manage Planisware Explorers, queries, and dashboards
Good to have - understanding on  L1 attributes, including - Intermediate: User attributes, Alerts, Locks, DMRs, Sequence code generators, Attribute settings; Complex: User tables, Reports, Simple workflows

Planisware certification or prior experience in Planisware implementation/migration projects
Good to have: PMP or Prince2 certification or Project management specific certifications
Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
BS/BE in IT/IS, Computer Science or related and/or relevant experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
