Summary

Mosaic Laboratories is in search of an Associate Project Manager based in Lake Forest, CA. As a member of our team, you will provide support for multiple projects. You will help the project managers ensure project objectives are met, completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with the signed protocols. You will provide appropriate updates to the client, sit in on client calls, and support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to project managers with pharmaceutical service projects related to histology, immunohistochemistry, and Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
• Track project deadlines and communicate with other teams/supervisors about project needs (including staff duties) to ensure on-time completion.
• Interact with clients (via email and phone) to provide status updates, document study requests, and ensure the supply of materials.
• Partner closely with technical personnel and management to provide proper responses to technical, scientific, and/or medical questions.
• Review, revise, and manage data transfer protocols/specifications.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) checks of samples prior to testing.
• Assist project managers with scheduling sample testing and result reporting.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and study protocols are followed and project requirements, GxP regulations, and regulatory standards are met.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a life or physical science field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, grammatical, and spelling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience with providing leadership and guidance to team members in other departments.

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
