We want you to be part of our growth journey and of a great, global family.</p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a <i>Key Account Manager </i>to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in <i>Pantelimon, Ilfov.</i></p> <p>Reporting to National Key Account Manager, you will contribute to the development of our Sales in Romania.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>This is what you will do</strong></p> <ul><li> Develop and manage an efficient direct distribution to allocated Modern Trade clients (IKA) to develop sales performance</li><li>Negotiate annual contracts with the allocated clients</li><li>Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends</li><li>Achieve sales targets by successfully managing all the product categories</li><li>Implement strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence</li><li>Create and maintain a direct strong relationship with top clients</li><li>Permanent focus on the new clients and new categories listing in the actual clients too</li></ul> <p><strong>This is what you need to succeed: </strong></p> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul><li> At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role </li><li>University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar)</li><li>Fluent in Romanian and English, written and spoken</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel &amp; MS PowerPoint</li><li>Good knowledge of applying corresponding business system (ERP), with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics</li><li>Availability to travel, as needed</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Your “power skills”</strong></p> <ul><li>Efficient communications with ability to influence both external customers and internally </li><li>Adapt to new ideas and initiatives over a variety of situations</li><li>Self starter with drive and tenacity</li><li>Team player – enjoys working across multiple functions</li></ul> <p><strong>What we offer to you</strong></p> <p>The opportunity to work with a company who has a great focus on its people, they are our most important ingredient.
