POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Warehouse at Steamboat Ski & Resort, Co. is looking for self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented exceptional people to add to their team! Retail/Warehouse and Microsoft Office experience preferred. Must be comfortable lifting, bending and pushing up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Assists Warehouse Manager with retail inventory administration, product delivery, store set up and end of season inventory

• Most of duties involve work with RTP, Retail Apropos inventory system, Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Fulfilment of online store orders

• Warehouse operations include PO coordination; inventory receiving, processing, adjustment and distribution to stores

• Other duties include web orders, warranty returns, weekly inventory cycle counts, negative on-hand reports, vendor contact, store restocking and POS training

• Must be flexible with scheduling and be willing to cover shifts in retail stores as needed

• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 6 months warehouse/reservation/RTP, accounting (inventory), or similar experience preferred

• Retail store experience, preferred

• Exceptional people and communication skills needed

• Experience with the retail POS system RTP and Apropos helpful

• Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented

• Prior experience managing retail/rental reservations, helpful
