Customer Service Intern

Summary:
The Customer Service Intern will support Oklahoma Chiller’s service department by assisting with customer inquiries, work order documentation, and communication efforts. This role provides valuable experience in client relations and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with answering customer inquiries via phone and email
• Document service requests and update customer records
• Support scheduling and dispatch coordination
• Monitor and track customer satisfaction feedback
• Provide general administrative support to the service team
