Key Role:
Manage a team of supply chain analysts with daily monitoring of global supply chain events and disruptions and help assign daily tasks based on resources. Help to develop and measure KPIs related to programmatic areas of focus as well as supply-chain-specific KPIs. Identify areas of team optimization or potential tools and capabilities to continue to build out Program efficiency. Support research related to potential supply chain disruptions and risks and help identify potential actions. Develop, implement, and manage supply chain streams and solutions. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with working in supply chain and project management
2+ years of experience with working at HHQ, GCC, or Special Operations
2+ experience with asset and inventory management systems
Experience in working with commodity and procurement teams to identify materials and sourcing risks
Experience with collaborating and communicating with external stakeholders
Experience in working effectively with teams in an organization
Experience with the utilization of tools and datasets to monitor events and analysis risks
Ability to develop and leverage metrics to generate insights for supply chain analysis
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with complex and agile supply chain environments
Experience with data visualization software, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Pyramid
TS/SCI clearance
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification
ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification
Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Procurement and Supply Operations Certification
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Certification
APICS Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR-P) Certification
SCPro Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
