Principal Solution Architect
FivetranAbout the role
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
The Professional Services team at Fivetran is growing and you can join a function that is building from the ground up. The approaches, methodologies, working practices and team culture that we put in place now will be the template for what is to come, so if you are excited about having a hand in steering the approach of a critical function within the organization, then this may be the role for you!
As a Principal Solution Architect at Fivetran Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our most strategic, complex, and high-impact customer engagements across the modern data ecosystem — with a strong focus on Data Lakes, Transformations, and extended Modern Data Architectures.
You will serve as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor, shaping our customers’ data integration and AI journeys, while also mentoring fellow architects and influencing Fivetran’s product and delivery evolution.
You will lead by example — defining architectural standards, developing reusable frameworks, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements. As a trusted partner to Fortune 500 and high-growth customers, you’ll work directly with executive and technical stakeholders to architect secure, scalable, and high-performance data integration frameworks that drive time-to-value and business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to influence roadmap direction, drive innovation, and enable field and customer teams through scalable technical enablement programs.
This is a full-time position based remotely in the US.
