<p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>The Director of Global Compensation is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and governance of compensation across Inizio. This role will shape a scalable, market-competitive compensation framework that supports a high-growth, international organisation.</p> <p>This is a strategic role with a strong execution focus. You will ensure compensation programmes are not only well-designed but effectively embedded through systems, processes, and governance and continuous evolution of compensation practices.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><em>Compensation Strategy & Design</em></p> <ul><li>Own and evolve the global compensation strategy and pay philosophy</li><li>Design and maintain scalable pay structures aligned to business growth</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert on compensation, advising senior stakeholders</li></ul> <p><em>Executive Compensation & Governance</em></p> <ul><li>Support the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks (salary, bonus, equity)</li><li>Contribute to Remuneration Committee materials, providing clear, data-driven insights</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of long-term incentive plans (LTIPs)</li></ul> <p><em>Benchmarking & Market Insight</em></p> <ul><li>Lead the organisation's benchmarking approach and market positioning</li><li>Interpret market data to inform pay decisions and structure design</li><li>Manage relationships with external benchmarking providers</li></ul> <p><em>Job Architecture & Structures</em></p> <ul><li>Lead the development and governance of global job architecture</li><li>Oversee salary ranges, grading frameworks, and alignment with career pathways</li></ul> <p><em>Systems & Optimisation</em></p> <ul><li>Lead the optimisation of Workday advance compensation modules and related tools</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of compensation cycles and processes</li><li>Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery where needed</li></ul> <p><em>Governance, Risk & Compliance</em></p> <ul><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency and Pay equity reporting cross jurisdictions</li><li>Identify and manage compensation-related risks, including pay equity</li></ul> <p><em>Projects & Transformation</em></p> <ul><li>Lead key initiatives such as pay transparency and compensation planning tools</li&g
