The Senior IT Vendor Management Professional establishes and implements hardware and software acquisition, protection, maintenance and retention policies, standards and procedures that are aligned with IT standards and strategy. The Senior IT Vendor Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.The Senior IT Vendor Management Professional investigates available hardware and software products; evaluates and recommends products based on user requirements. Coordinates with the procurement function to interview, select, and negotiate with hardware and software vendors in order to purchase the appropriate equipment at the lowest cost. Reviews licenses and/or contracts to ensure that hardware and software equipment is covered by the contract and properly documented. Oversees the information technology vendor relationship and delivery of outsourced services. Supports the information technology function, evaluates vendor performance, needs assessment, spend optimization and risk management. Directs the lifecycle activities for existing contracts. Identifies new technology solutions and works closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and to develop cost effective strategies aligned with business objectives. Drives the strategy and selection of vendors. Coordinates the negotiation and execution of contracts with the Legal and Contracts departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of technology vendor management experience
- Corporate IT experience with general networking and server knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

- MBA in Business or Technology

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
