About the role

Overview

Provide strong leadership and communication to production team resulting in on-time, high quality services to customer base. Manage all facets of the state operation including financial performance, managing resources to meet production targets, promoting positive working relationships with sales team and partnering with Agency on growing market share while maintaining superior customer relations. This is a working manager position which requires advanced geographic intelligence in the states you oversee.

Duties

• Manage & monitor product quality, turn‐time SLA's & margins.• Analyze data and identify areas of improvement to enhance productivity.• Implement offshore processes where available.• Work with underwriting group to implement & refine procedures & protocols.• Manage profit & loss statement including but not limited to cost analysis & assisting regional manager with developing annual budget.• Collaborate with regional manager & sales liaison on customer growth initiatives.• Employee capacity planning including rightsizing headcount based on volume trends.• Facilitate hiring, terminations, performance monitoring & training.• Coach & mentor team to develop a pipeline of talent to meet future needs.• Maintain compliance with and promote company policies & good housekeeping practices.• Provide management reports at set intervals.• Approve monthly vendor invoices & billing.• Approve expense reports & employee timecards.• Special projects, as assigned.

Education

• 4 year under‐graduate degree preferred.• Six Sigma & Project Management certification is advantageous.

Experience

• 5 years of production/supervisory experience in title insurance or real estate related industry.• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.

• Demonstrated strength in written & verbal communication; excellent interpersonal & relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.• Strong analytical, problem‐solving & time management skills.• Must be detail oriented & customer focused.• Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge & use of Microsoft applications & other standard software required to perform job duties.• Able to adapt & pivot in a fluid environment.• Having title insurance license is a plus.
