Come join us! </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation and review of international tax returns and financial statements</li> <li>Assist with the quarterly and annual international tax provision and forecast</li> <li>Assist in the preparation and review of annual transfer pricing reports and quarterly billings</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate filings to minimize assessments and penalties by maintaining the tax calendar</li> <li>Research and document conclusions for international tax transactions</li> <li>Preparing tax reconciliations and associated journal entries</li> <li>Assist in special projects including but not limited to: US tax reform, BEPS 2.0 planning, Country by Country reporting, creating company tax policies and foreign tax incentives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field</li> <li>Minimum 3 years related experience at a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax department of a multinational company</li> <li>Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills</li> <li>Tax technical understanding of and experience with tax accounting and financial statement structure</li> <li>Organizational skills with attention to details</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external service providers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Masters in Tax or Accounting</li> <li>Certified Public Accountant</li> <li>Both public accounting and technology industry experience</li> <li>Experience with Netsuite, SAP and/or Blackline</li> </ul> <p> </p><p><strong>What Makes Cloudflare Special?</strong></p> <p>We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company.
