What You Will Get To Do:
Position Overview
The Global Partner Solution Program Lead is focused on identifying and incubating partner designed agentic automation solution offerings that accelerate and scale the SS&C Blue Prism offering in key markets. This strategic role will identify, create, and nurture partner-led solutions which allow partners and SS&C Blue Prism sales teams to penetrate existing or new accounts with targeted offerings leveraging the market expertise of our strategic partners and the power of SS&C Blue Prism’s automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology and consulting partner-built solutions that complement SS&C Blue Prism's automation solutions
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate market penetration in target segments with specific solutions
- Create partner-led solution go-to-market framework that combine partner expertise with SS&C Blue Prism’s technology capabilities
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams to develop joint account strategies and coordinate partner-assisted sales cycles
- Create sales tools, presentations, and collateral that effectively communicate joint value propositions
- Facilitate partner introductions and coordinate joint client meetings and demonstrations
Market Analysis & Solution Design
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities where partner solutions can enhance SS&C Blue Prism offerings
- Design targeted solutions that leverage both partner market expertise and SS&C automation technologies
- Monitor competitive landscape and partner ecosystem trends to inform strategic decisions
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner leadership, Partner Account Managers, sales teams, and technical resources
- Establish regular communication cadences and joint business reviews with key partners
- Resolve partner conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration on joint opportunities
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development
- Proven track record of building successful go-to-market partnerships in the enterprise automations market
- Strong understanding of solution selling and complex B2B sales processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and healthcare industry
- Previous experience with RPA, IDP, BPM, or other intelligent automation technologies
- Existing relationships within the global system integrator ecosystem are strongly preferred
