Group General Counsel, Regulatory Compliance

Role Location:  Houston, TX

General Purpose of Role

Provides enterprise-wide legal leadership to protect the organization’s legal, regulatory, and ethical interests and to ensure operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable global laws and regulations. Acts as an advisor to executive management and the Board on regulatory risk, compliance strategy, and enforcement matters. Leads and oversees the global regulatory compliance function and legal department operations, embedding a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and regulatory excellence across the organization.
