Stryker is seeking to hire a Data Analyst, Digitalization to support Stryker’s Mako Robotic Assisted Surgery Operations in Weston, Florida.

What you will do:

As the Data Analyst, Digitalization you will support the operations team in developing business analytics solutions. You will lead and execute on projects that support the digitalization of the operations processes.

• Lead projects through the concept design, analysis and implementation of projects that provide new or enhanced technology solutions supporting the internal operations/functions of the company.
• Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visually engaging dashboards and reports that convey complex information to diverse audiences
• Gather and use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate in close partnership with business leaders to design, develop, implement, and support applications and technologies.
• Facilitate development discussions based on detailed functional and technical design specifications with both internal and outsourced teams.
• Analyze data for patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform business strategies and initiatives
• Assist in developing data-driven tactical and strategic guidance for business stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives using communication and diplomacy skills.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 4 years of experience in predominately analytics role or similar in supply chain and/or medical device industry

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of Data Analytics and Analytics Tools
• Possess project management skillset to facilitate and manage projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (PowerBi, SQL, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with excellent initiative and attention to detail

Travel Percentage: 10%
