TraceLink is Seeking a Full-Time, Experienced Technical Product Manager
At TraceLink, we are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Product Manager, with a focus on extending our B2B capabilities in EDI and ERP Integrations. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding products from inception to delivery. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, managing new product development investments, defining and documenting product requirements, and overseeing product rollouts.

Responsibilities:
Become the subject matter expert in all aspects of B2B, encompassing connection protocols (AS2, sFTP), EDI, industry-standard choreographies and formats (X12, EDIFACT, SAP IDoc, GS1 EPCIS), and other enterprise integration API technologies (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
Act as the voice of the customer in product development.
Develop and document comprehensive product requirements and use cases.
Define product features and functions, collaborating with the User Experience team on UI design mockups for configuring B2B connections and specific industry B2B choreographies.
Work closely with architects to advance our integration capabilities with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, LMS) using various technologies and formats. Familiarity with EDI VANs is beneficial.
Utilize various transformation technologies (Contivo, XSLT, and other ETL tools) and middleware (SAP Process Integrator, Sterling Integrator).
Present product ideas and UI designs to internal and external customers for feedback.
Author and prioritize user stories, balancing short-term and long-term roadmap items.
Collaborate with Development and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide expert product knowledge, offering secondary support to Sales and Professional Services on technical topics related to the B2B area.
Deliver demos, presentations, and support analyst briefings.
Conduct competitive analyses.
Travel requirement: Up to 20%.
Skills and Requirements:
Technical degree in engineering and/or computer science.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in the B2B domain.
Essential: Specific experience with EDI and IDoc.
Experience in a software company, particularly in SaaS and/or cloud deployment environments.
Working knowledge of SOAP and REST web service APIs, especially in relation to B2B system integration.
Desirable Areas:
Supply Chain Knowledge:
Understanding of basic ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) in contexts like packaging lines, warehouse management, and manufacturing lines.
Supply Chain knowledge across various sectors, including Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesalers/Distributors, 3PL, and Pharmaceutical Dispensers.
Serialization knowledge, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, encompassing EPCIS and related technologies.
Familiarity with GS1 serialization, track and trace standards, and GOOD manufacturing practices.
Platform Knowledge:
Experience with enterprise software (ERP, PLM, Workflow Systems, Document Management Systems).
Building or specifying platform systems such as SAP, Oracle, MatrixOne, Enovia, Pegasystems, Force.com, or SharePoint.
Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Implementation or requirements definition experience with enterprise software.
