WHAT YOU'LL DO
Every single day, our Marketing team searches for surprising and refreshing ways to create connections with our customers and consumers.
It is the Creative Team’s duty to ensure the work we do is in step with business needs, culture, trends, and design sensibilities. We are tasked with keeping all creative expression fresh, modern, and accessible—and always with consumers in mind. You’ll make form functional by executing designs and converting them into ready-to-print files. This is your chance to use your eye for detail and practical knowledge to bring designs to life on shelves across the globe.

Location: Hybrid at our Preston, WA office 3+ days a week

Hourly Rate: $31.25 - $40.00 (depending on experience)
Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity, and market.
Duration: Six months, temporary assignment.
Leverage brand guidelines to prepare and execute production-ready packaging and component artwork using a thorough and critical eye with guidance from senior team members.
Develop packaging design mechanicals against pre-determined templates and specifications for pre-press and production.
Partner with internal work groups to ensure all packaging mechanicals are ‘Creative Certified’ and ready for production.
Create high-quality, photorealistic renders of our products for print and digital marketing. Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each render exudes cleanliness and sophistication akin to leading brands in our industry.
Partner with the Designers and Creative Operations to understand brief requirements to implement art corrections efficiently and accurately.
Work with the Creative Dept regarding the “client timeline” milestones specific to the creative process, deadlines for printing and fabrication, and design deliverables.
Prepare print files for press using knowledge of dieline specs, color spaces, bleed, crop setting, and templatizing.
Continually focus on achieving positive, concrete results contributing to business success by gathering and analyzing information to develop effective solutions.
Maintain file management standards and protocols.
Occasionally travel to a location to proof and approve press checks for packaging.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
3+ years of production and/or pre-press design experience, ideally in consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
Solid experience preparing digital files for various types of production printing (lithography, flexography, and digital printing).
Proven skillset in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Remain curious and keep your knowledge and skills current in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to travel up to 20%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments
