As a Sr. Recruiter, you will partner with our Sales Strategy &amp; Operations leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on recruiting for a wide variety of roles across current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our VP of Sales Strategy &amp; Operations.</p> <p>We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week. Occasional travel will take you to our other offices and company events.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).</li> <li>Proactively source, engage, and persistently follow up with top candidates to secure high-caliber talent.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to coach on interview best practices, elevating interview quality and the overall candidate experience.</li> <li>Continuously gather and apply feedback on candidate quality to refine hiring strategies and raise the talent bar.</li> <li>Manage high-impact recruiting events to source and close high caliber candi
