Product Manager - Digital Business BankingProduct Manager – Business BankingThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for one of the industry’s most innovative business banking platforms.What does a successful Product Manager - Business Banking do?As a Product Manager - Business Banking, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our suite of digital solutions tailored for small to mid-sized businesses. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming how businesses manage their finances through cutting-edge digital tools across online, mobile, and open banking channels.Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative in solving complex challenges unique to the business banking sector.What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, UX, Development, QA) to ensure business banking requirements are accurately translated into product features.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of business banking, including cash flow management, payments, lending, and account services.
- Make informed product decisions that maximize value for business clients while balancing budget and timeline constraints.
- Act as a key contributor in identifying and prioritizing enhancements that address the evolving needs of business customers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in business banking, providing insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Engage with business clients to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Support go-to-market strategies with relevant documentation, including sales collateral, feature guides, and implementation resources.
- Leverage market research and client data to inform product development and ensure alignment with business banking trends and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor usage patterns and client behavior to drive data-informed decisions for future enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within business banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
- Deep knowledge of digital banking technologies and business banking operations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on client-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and business clients.
- Proven ability to influence across departments and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Experience with business banking products such as treasury management, commercial lending, and merchant services.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
