The Heater Poker Tournament dates are Wednesday, January 7, 2026 - Monday, January 19, 2026
THE JOB:
As a Poker Tournament Manager, you will take the lead in delivering a seamless, high-energy tournament experience that embodies excellence and integrity. From overseeing daily operations and staffing to ensuring compliance with all state and regulatory guidelines, you will manage every aspect of the tournament floor with precision and professionalism. Your leadership will inspire your team, safeguard game integrity, and ensure every guest feels valued and engaged. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW memories that last far beyond their time with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assists with day-to-day operating activities of the Poker Tournament on scheduled shift.
Safeguards company assets in the poker room
Assures the highest level of guest services
Maintains a clean and safe environment
Responsible for daily reports and paperwork on a scheduled shift.
Responsible for evaluating subordinate employees
Evaluates play for complimentary purposes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Demonstrates 2+ years of prior relevant experience poker dealing, supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Holds a High School Diploma or GED
Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Manages multiple tasks at one time and works well in a fast-paced environment
