Recruitment & Employer Branding Officer

This is what energises you

As our new Recruitment & Employer branding officer, you’ll be part of our HR team that plays a key role in our organization. Your main focus will be supporting the international teams. Your tasks will range from recruitment to handling on- and offboarding processes. You’ll also be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Overall, you bring value to our team by carrying out the following activities: 

• Handle the operational scope of recruitment, including writing job descriptions, promoting vacancies, sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates and guiding them through the entire recruitment process - from screening to job offers;

• Managing some operational HR tasks, such as preparing HR documents and handling on- and offboarding processes;

• Contribute to HR and Recruitment projects, such as employer branding and campus recruitment.

In addition, it would also be nice if you identify with the following points: 

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;

• Good communication skills English, both verbally and written;

• Command of the German or Dutch language is considered as a big plus; 

• You can handle sensitive information with discretion;
