As a Project Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Program Management Director in our Corporate & Planning unit closely supporting the Product teams. You’ll join a highly collaborative and exciting team to help execute and improve the delivery of new product initiatives and software releases.  You’ll work across multiple teams leveraging your mastery of project management to continuously improve how we release great products to our customers.

What you’ll do  

  • Working closely with the product team, coordinate new product initiatives and their deliverables across multiple cross-functional and process team members
  • Review deliverables and dependencies across initiatives to ensure any overlap is minimized, and that all teams are working towards successful product releases
  • Update any project-related file repositories to avoid duplication of artifacts and update our knowledge management portal by providing clear reference materials
  • Attend weekly team meetings to represent the product team and ensure team members have all the information they need, including expectations around timing and status of critical deliverables
  • Work with Product leadership to set clear expectations on project delivery and health statuses that will be used for company-wide reporting
  • Contribute to Project Management best practices and set an example of how to deliver initiatives efficiently and effectively

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 4-5 years of Project Management experience coordinating multiple projects, including experience working with product development teams. SaaS experience is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in change and risk management practices, including communication to diverse stakeholder groups, and streamlining processes to improve delivery and customer value
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to ensure that all teams are aligned on delivery targets and any major changes and/or risks
  • Understanding of SDLC, general project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence), and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
