We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Analyst to support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of business applications. This role plays an integral part in delivering effective technical solutions by participating in all phases of the software development life cycle.

What You’ll Do
• Gather and analyze business requirements to define technical solutions
• Design, develop, test, and support software applications
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing systems
• Participate in project planning and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support solution deployment and post-implementation activities
• Lead assigned project tasks and initiatives to ensure successful delivery

What You Bring
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
