Techdata Assembly & Analyst Engineer (H/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Techdata Assembly & Analyst Engineer (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department within our Tech Data team based in Toulouse, France.

The Operational Unit Technical Data (SID) in Airbus Customer Services, is in charge of developing and delivering aircraft documentation, to enable the safe and efficient accomplishment of maintenance and operations of aircraft by our customers (airlines, MRO, lessors).

Delivering the complete documentation at aircraft entry into service and maintaining it all along the aircraft life cycle is our main mission, and is part of the airworthiness requirements.

To accomplish this mission, SID offers a wide view on Maintenance Documentation and Data Management: From the Design Office who is at the origin of the design and evolution of aircraft design, to the Authoring Domains in charge of documenting their impact in Technical Data products (manuals), to the generation, delivery and management of all documentations including Flight Ops, and to the support to our customers who are operating and maintaining aircraft Systems.

In this challenging frame, you will be a key actor of our Technical Data (TD) Customer Delivery chain by ensuring the best level of service for generating and delivering the Tech Data (TD) customized Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) products, in compliance with Customers contractual agreements, fleet & aircraft configuration and applicable regulations.

Your challenges:

Within the framework of the Airbus Technical Data Operations Support & Services, you will be responsible and accountable to:

Data Assembly of TD Maintenance & Engineering Customized products 

• Ensure that Technical Data deliverables are aligned with contractual commitments and respect the production planning.

• Use the high knowledge & expertise on XML/ SGML protocols, structures & rules for the check & validation of TD products to improve the performance of the Technical Data and Customer Service function

• Check and validate data assembly deliveries in accordance with Technical Data Delivery Quality Gates

• Prepare and manage the pre-revision meetings

• Ensure the production & securitization of on-board data including signatures & Part number availability

• Support TD Product Leaders in TD Product validation with the result of Assembly chain outputs, identify all issues related to assembly

• Validate (if applicable) & integrate supplier’s data

• Make sure that stakeholders have up-to-date and accurate information

• Ensure the sub-contracting activities follow-up, control & validation.

• Support Customers and timely reply their queries
