We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership to a team while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review work accomplished by your assigned staff in the warehouse environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group or group of associates including training and development of staff as well as estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, and interpreting as well as insuring consistent application of organizational policies.
• Provide data and analysis concerning departmental and individual performance. Conduct performance reviews.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility.
• You’ll be the go-to for your team!
• Collaborate with (cross-functional teams working with internal and external customers).
• Be part of fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Two or more years in a supervisory/management role and/or team lead role.
• Two or more years of experience in the functional area – warehouse.

What Sets You Apart:

• An Associate’s Degree in a related field.

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY location—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• This position is third shift.  

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Salary - $62,300-$77,500 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
