The Delivery Business Unit is responsible for leading the cross-functional effort to design, build, and execute a fully autonomous and profitable delivery business. Our team drives strategic initiatives that include developing and scaling commercial partnerships, scoping and operating pilots, and identifying cross-functional opportunities to improve customer experience and business growth.
The Enterprise Partnership Manager, Delivery will help execute Cruise’s vision for scaled driverless delivery with enterprise partners throughout North America. The development of Autonomous Vehicles is shifting from a research and development focus to commercialization, and you will be at the center of this emerging opportunity. In this role you will:
Become the trusted relationship manager to key delivery accounts for Cruise, owning day-to-day communications, monthly business reviews, and tracking progress across all initiatives with our Walmart counterparts.
Facilitate all Cruise teams to effectively and efficiently work with our external partners, spanning operations, business development, product, engineering, and hardware development. You’ll connect the right people and get projects unblocked.
Develop and improve our marketing and new business development efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and helping us achieve our ambitions to scale the delivery business.
Help define the future of automation. We want to build a system from order submission to delivery, with no humans in the loop. You will collaborate with hardware product, engineering, and designers to coordinate testing and integration opportunities.
About you
You have helped build and scale new sales and account management teams at a high growth company.
You are skilled at building cross functional relationships across organizations both internally and externally. You can develop rapport with engineers, store managers, and VPs alike.
You are an effective project manager, keeping track of multiple projects, competing priorities, and shifting timelines. You can provide short updates of the biggest issues, and drill down into specifics.
You are an effective communicator who is able to make strategic recommendations to senior executives on new business initiatives, go-to-market strategy, and opportunities for growth and optimizations.
You can see around corners and anticipate business challenges before they become problems.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience, with some in account management, business development, business operations, or project management
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters degree is a plus
Experience with project management tools, CRM, as well as analytics and presentation tools
Comfort with ambiguity: apply structured, analytical thinking to new, undefined problems
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize and articulate key messages to senior leadership
Bonus points for
Experience working at start-up or growth stage company with large enterprise customers
Salesforce knowledge
Demonstrated interest in AV or transportation space
Track record of scaling new technologies, services, and processes
The salary range for this position is $146,300 - 215,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
