Job Description Qualifications:

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria for the product team. 

• Collaborates with Sales Directors, Marketers, Service leaders and the product team to identify concerns and potential issues included new approaches to meet the business and customer needs.

• Drafts key objectives and results that apply to CRM to make better roadmap decisions.

• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience within a SaaS company and CRM strategies.

• Acts as a point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by CRM end users.  Capable of effectively communicating and de-escalating issues with impacted parties.

• Assists in testing, including UAT coordination, for new feature releases.

• Analyzes regular metrics, key results and outcomes to identify new capabilities or improvement areas for the CRM.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Englewood, CO.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool

• 3+ years of experience designing software solutions to meet end user's requirements using agile methods and writing supporting documents

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin certificate

• Prior SaaS product or market experience preferred

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $118,150 to $159,850
