That’s why we offer a flexible hybrid work model that allows you to collaborate with office colleagues on some days, and work from home on others.The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Senior Operations Support Specialist to join their Facilities Management and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Support Team. As a Senior Operations Support Specialist, you will report to the Business Operations Manager and provide direct support to our 12th District Facilities Management and EHS team members. This position will serve as point of contact for all ongoing support within assigned portfolio and will work extensively within various bank software applications such as Ariba, Workday, and our Vendor Management System. This role will assist with special efforts and projects in support of EHS, construction, planning, and building operations.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced administrator of business process and is proficient in necessary software applications and possesses solid acumen with an acute attention to detail. Candidate should be self-driven, ambitious, with an ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal team as well as those across business lines.
Location: Candidate must reside in a commutable distance to our Salt Lake City, Seattle, Phoenix, Los Angeles, or San Francisco location.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to assigned stakeholders, overseeing all contract processing, invoicing, accruals, procurement, vendor access management, and all other related administrative support to assigned areas of responsibility.
Administrative duties including but not limited to contract, invoice, and procurement processing, minute taking, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, etc.
Develop, maintain, manipulate, and analyze spreadsheets and databases for department, extracting data from other systems as necessary.
Achieve deliverables of all administrative tasks and efforts as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of relevant work experience
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proven ability to collaborate, and build relationships with individuals at all levels
Proven proficiency with administrative support applications such as Ariba and Workday
Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities with competing demand for resources
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Base Salary Range: Min: $65,700 - Mid: $85,300 - Max: $104,900 (San Francisco Salary Range)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
