We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Frontline Marketing – Milano Cortina 2026, who is creative, innovative, and inspirational to refresh the world and make a difference. This is a highly collaborative role that requires the senior manager to work effectively with many different stakeholders, including Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics team, European categories team, Integrated marketing experiences (IMX) teams, franchise network, bottling partners, agencies, customer teams, and commercial leadership. What You’ll Do for Us: 

- Write short and/or long-term business/brand plans, identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. to deliver brand growth targets.

- Develop marketing plans which support strategic initiatives to deliver annual business plan, provide local inputs to briefs for use by agencies (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, product development, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, etc.) to generate concepts for effective execution of marketing programs and objectives. Support in building and activating the Road-To and Games Moment plan, including constantly identifying and creating collaboration opportunities with the MiCo’26 and its partners.

- Oversee localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns, incl. Milano Cortina 2026 and assigned brands, within the Franchise units/at market level in partnership with OU IMX team, Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics team, partners, and agencies, creating disruptive and unique consumer experiences on the market (product, digital, retail, live events), leveraging digital technologies, trends, experiential marketing, influencers, etc.

- Drive bottler alignment on the Marketing Transformation agenda, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics team, C&CL and Franchise Leadership. 

- Inspire the internal and external stakeholders’ including the large sales organization of our bottling partners to deliver the perfect execution for our brands and our marketing plans.

- Participate in agile projects for the development of OU and Market-level innovation and IMX campaigns 

- Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives. 

- Provide coaching to junior members of the team and to members of project teams. 

Qualifications & Requirements:   

- Bachelor’s degree required 6-8 years of brand management / marketing activation (end to end project delivery). Innovation experience a plus (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf).

- Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking. 

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key partners (category marketing teams, bottler, external agencies), and ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.

- Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time. Experience in coordinating projects and events in the sport field would be a strong plus.
