ManpowerGroup on behalf of its clients is in search of an experienced Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our business operations. The ideal candidate will drive performance, ensure efficiency, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic retail environment.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Area Manager

More specifically, the candidate will:

• Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to deliver consistent results
• Oversee operational, financial, and commercial aspects of the store
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge and identify growth opportunities
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed
• Lead risk management efforts to mitigate potential challenges effectively

Requirements
