Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Process Expert. Responsibilities include ensuring technology, system functionality and business processes align with business needs; bridging the gap between IT and business leadership; training and development. 

Skills/Qualifications

Required 

• High School Diploma/GED 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet 
• 5 years’ business experience 
• SAP experience 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Effective communication skills 
• Strong skills in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma) 
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight 
• Valid driver’s license 

 

Preferred 

• Bachelor’s degree
