Field Operations Associate - 1st Shift - Start Rate $26/hr

Work Flexibility: Onsite

• Mon - Fri, 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Overtime based on production needs
• On-call required as needed

What you will do:

As the Field Operations Associate, you will account for all materials and supplies in the stores’ facilities, and audit goods received into warehouse. Additionally, you will oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.

• Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Examine and inspect stock items for damage, defects, or shortages, reporting any damage to supervisors
• Prepare product for scheduled surgeries
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records
• Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays
• Interact with the team during service level investigations
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors
• Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory
• Review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return
• Assist in FQMS compliance, and support management in preparation for branch audits
• Train on different product lines in preparation for on-call responsibilities

What you need:

• 2+ years of experience - required
  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment -preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent - required
• Associates degree - preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening on-call as needed - required
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule – required
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record – required
  • (note: position does not regularly require driving responsibilities. Most, if not all, shifts will be onsite)
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs – required

$26.00 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits

Travel Percentage: 10%
