  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Meticulously document, analyze, and interpret analytical data, including verifying the work of others, authoring technical reports, and presenting findings to cross-functional project teams.

  • Laboratory Operations & Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment by managing equipment, reagents, and documentation, while also troubleshooting instrument issues and contributing to laboratory investigations.

  • Collaboration & Training: Partner effectively with the formulation team and other groups to support project goals, and provide technical training and coaching to fellow analysts to enhance team capabilities.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

  • Experience: A Master’s degree with 1-2 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 5-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical analytical laboratory.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Direct experience in small molecule or animal health product development.

  • Proven experience authoring analytical method procedures, validation protocols, or technical reports.

  • Familiarity with analytical software such as Empower and electronic document/quality management systems like Veeva QDocs or Veeva QMS.
