Client Enrollment Representative

Description

Health Affiliates Maine has an opening for a Client Enrollment Representative to join their team! This is a full-time role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process all claims relating to interpreter billing and submit in a timely manner.
• Work with Medical Billing and Support Supervisor to provide excellent customer service. 
• Verify eligibility for all new clients.
• Register MaineCare clients into the State of Maine System.
• Notify providers of any issues, such as dual provider or inaccurate insurance information.
• Maintain client enrollments daily to ensure deadlines are met.
• Update internal operation procedures documents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Medical Billing and Support Supervisor or Management.
• Provide back-up support to other roles within the department including front desk reception. 
• Assist the Medical Billing and Support Supervisor with all tasks, including data entry, training, and project completion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Education or Equivalent
• 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position (preferred)
• Proficiency with common office productivity software, including Microsoft Excel
