This role operates in our Hopefully Yours Thrift Store. The Store Associate support the mission of the organization – empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. If you’re passionate about empowering people to reach their goals and help them strive for more, we want you to join our team. As an integral part of the Imagine the Possibilities team, you will assist us in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation and organization, and supporting the sales and operational functions to achieve the store’s goals.

• Customer Service, which will include:
• Communicating in a positive manner with donors, customers, and other team members.
• Handle customer concerns and communicate with Supervisor about concerns.
• Assisting with daily operations of the store, which will include:
• Assist in making sure there is coverage in the store.
• Accurately entering sales and balancing cash register.
• Assisting with the coordination of donations, which will include:
• Greet donors in a positive manner, assisting with unloading donations.
• Assisting in the receiving of all donated items.
• Sorting, pricing, replenishing, and rotating merchandise as directed in store.
