Dining Services Assistant Manager - The Signature

THE JOB:

As a Dining Services Assistant Manager at The Signature, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations for Dining Services. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee staff and operations to ensure that service and safety standards are being met
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure staff adheres to the property policies and procedures and handle all discipline and performance reviews
• Facilitate and maintain consistent safety programs, training and documentation to ensure the overall safety of guests
• Monitor overall guest satisfaction
• Communicate with F&B support departments such as PAD, Laundry, Hotel Operations, Convention Service and Catering, and Security as needed to ensure the smooth operation of services
• Schedule staff and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records
• Complete administrative tasks using various technology and software
• Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

• 2+ years of recent experience/knowledge of Starbucks policies and procedures.
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in food and beverage operations.
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting.
