Analyst - Retail Compliance Systems & Forms Support

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Principal Purpose of Position:
- Work directly with internal customers (dealerships), with heavy interaction with dealership Controllers, to resolve system and form related issues and requests
- Partner closely with Controllers on dealer licensing activities, compliance documentation, and related requirements
- Perform analyst-level duties, including reviewing data, documentation, and system outputs for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with quarterly compliance checks, audits, and education requirements in collaboration with Compliance
- Help with deal reviews, ensuring documentation, forms, and system entries meet regulatory and company standards
- Work with system support providers to carry out requests and occasionally troubleshoot technical issues
- Document customer requests in an organized manner to ensure proper follow up and resolution
- Manage and continuously maintain form libraries in the dealership Sales and F&I systems
- Implement form changes as needed in response to regulatory, policy, or procedural changes
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Sales and F&I systems, finance source portals, and associated systems, in each case as used by dealership personnel
- Work to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness in dealership processes as they relate to dealership systems
- Collaborate with Compliance Department, Controllers, and other Central Services personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services for internal customers
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Ongoing compliance-related education or training experience is a plus
Relevant Work Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a help desk or similar customer service / technical support role is recommended
- Knowledge of company supported systems, including CDK, DealerTrack, RouteOne, Roadster, DealerSocket, Darwin, CUDL
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, Sales and F&I operations, Accounting, and the interaction of dealership systems
- Experience working with dealership Controllers, licensing, or compliance-related processes is a plus
- Prior dealership experience is strongly preferred
