Join us as a Regional Crop Planner where you'll play a critical role in creating and managing tactical multiyear crop supply plans. Your responsibilities include aligning with commercial teams, defining requirements, optimizing costs, and ensuring efficient allocation of capacity to sales orders. You will coordinate the delivery of crop supply plans, oversee operational delivery, and support the activities of other planners in Cutting Operations.

The Challenge

Key accountabilities involve decision-making on production volumes, maintaining regional supply plans, and optimizing available capacity while ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives. Additionally, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify future supply constraints, and maintain master data integrity.

Critical success factors include understanding business value drivers, building industry-leading supply capabilities, and supporting operational processes like ROP/IBP. Your role requires collaboration with stakeholders, providing input on starter material build-up processes, and ensuring efficient goods flow to customers.

Qualifications

The Profile

To excel in this role you must demonstrate strong analytical skills, flexibility in switching between roles, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is essential. It would be considered a pre if you have some Crop Planning Experience but this is not a must. Good command of the Dutch language is a key factor in this role.
