✨Up to $30/Hour

✨Must Have Valid Drivers License

✨Shift: 11AM to 7PM

What We're Looking For:

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of boiler, electrical, mechanical, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Works in a team environment in a primary response role to complete maintenance inspections, repairs, and preparation.
• Assist with preventative maintenance duties and repairs throughout the client’s property.
• Assist clients and associates in the resolution of maintenance concerns, complaints, and
• questions.
• Drive between MasterCorp client sites within the day to perform duties.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Experience and Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate
• 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade.
• Proficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude.
• Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptable driving record, Valid State Issued Driver’s License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written instruction
