This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of the People Operations team locally.</p> <p>You'll wear many hats — answering employee questions, supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring local compliance, and identifying opportunities to make our processes better each day <strong>using AI and automations.</strong></p> <p>This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys being present and helpful to the people around them, and is looking to grow their HR expertise in a global, fast-moving environment.</p> </div> </div> <h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4> <p><span id="miro-copy-source--rte"></span></p> <ul> <li data-list="bullet"><strong>Local Expert:</strong> Be the subject matter expert in <strong>operationalizing labour laws and regulations</strong> in <strong>the Netherlands</strong>, including developing global to local processes, policies, and programs.
