Job Description
This role is categorized as Hybr. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren 7000 Building three times per week, at minimum.
Join us as the Assistant Manager, Dealer Experience. The position will report to the Manager of Dealer Experience and will be a member of the team responsible for delivering a world-class dealer experience for My GM Rewards Loyalty program. The position will be responsible for driving member base growth and engagement in the dealer channel, evolve dealer and field tools and strategies to deliver maximum value. The individual will also help lead a wide variety of dealer facing programs (e.g., incentives & offers, Dealer Purchase Points, etc.). The individual will work closely with various members of the Loyalty Team to help foster collaboration internally and with GM’s dealer network to grow & deliver success for the program.

The candidate will have to consistently tell the value story of Rewards and Card program to various internal stakeholders to gain support and integration for the program.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Manage My GM Rewards Appeals for SFE/Pinnacle/D2E and EVX Programs.
- Collaborate and identify opportunities for internal partners including eCommerce / CCA / OnStar.
- Lead Dealer Rewards Programs (both existing and new) including Dealer Purchase Points, DMS integration, etc.
- Partner and Collaborate with the Loyalty Product Team to help prioritize and optimize area-specific roadmaps for the My GM Rewards and Card Program.
- Manage the My GM Rewards monthly dealer billing process and the annual fees for dealers.
- Work with IOMs/BARS team to update/maintain the core Rewards incentive programs and sales acquisition offers.
- Participate in training of dealers and field teams including communications and job aids.
- Work with other members of the Loyalty Team to improve the Dealer, Field, and Program Reporting.
- Monitor, respond, and resolve inquiries from dealers and GM field teams within the loyalty support mailbox.
- Lead UAT and Release Validation Support for Dealer Redemption Center (DRC).
- Lead / participate in special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Loyalty portfolio experience beneficial
- 5-7+ years of experience working with automotive dealers
- GM BARS and GlobalConnect experience
- GM Loyalty Siebel / Salesforce experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Operate with high level of time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to organize and plan effectively, in ambiguous and continually changing environment.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Must be energetic, hardworking, enthusiastic, willing to offer opinions and judgements.
- Demonstrated ability to work in action oriented, decision-making environment and be decisive.
- Comfortable in interacting with all levels of management.
- Must be an “outside the box” thinker to investigate and help resolve unique opportunities.
