Regency Oaks is recruiting for a hospitality focused Environmental Services Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for training and supervising the housekeeping team, ordering supplies, chemicals and equipment, assisting with budgeting preparation and operating within budgetary guidelines.  The EVS Manage is responsible for maintaining excellent relations with residents and promoting a positive work culture.
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeping Manager

• Supervise performance of housekeeping team through personal inspections. 
• Assist in recruitment and staffing.
• Keeps accurate records and reports.  
• Coordinates department functions with those of other departments. 
• Conducts inventory of housekeeping supplies. Coordinates scheduling of apartments. 
• Special projects as assigned. 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma required. Specific training in Environmental Services or institutional management desirable. 
• Prior housekeeping supervisory experience in a retirement community, hotel or health care setting required. 
• Knowledge of housekeeping and infection control procedures required. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
