As a member of the OHAI product org, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications, suggest and justify product directions and requirements. Other responsibilities include development of new concepts and definition and synthesis of business requirements from internal and external stakeholders, writing product definitions and driving project milestones from design to launch.
The right candidate will possess a strong Product Management background, an ability to work backwards from the customers and will have experience launching multiple customer-facing products and features. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and functions that align with the org vision and customer needs.
- Drive operational and technical solution development to support implementation of desired features and functions.
- Develop business requirements and user stories to provide design and development direction to UX design and Dev teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Engineering, UX Design, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create innovative and customer-centric solutions.
- Driving clarity on the Why and What through well written PRDs.
- Managing the product development lifecycle and Go-To-Market strategy.
- Represent Oracle Health capabilities at events and conferences and engaging with customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience as hands-on product manager for customer facing products
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with building and shipping products on any Cloud platform like OCI, Azure
- Experience with Healthcare Applications.
- MBA

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
